Americas Power steering pump whine

Hello Ineos,

there is a sizable proportion of grenadiers with highly audible high pitch whine sound from the power steering unit.

It is a maddening sound for many owners, when attempting to enjoy the drive with windows down and safari window open.

The sound also projects a poor presence for the grenadier. The whine sound is simple not correlated with high quality and robustness.

Is Ineos planning on resolving this issue for the pool of grenadiers in the field?

I second this question. The noise is loud , annoying and unnecessary in a modern vehicle. It’s not just a few of us that have this issue, almost every grenadier has the pump squeal at some level.

It bothers me the most when I'm driving slow on trails...

Hope there comes a solution for it.
