Saw from a couple postings there are 25-50 IG’s on the secondary market in UK. Has anyone seen this? Are these profit takers? Anyone have a view if they are selling above, at or below original price?

Well the count on Autotrader UK is up to 32. Hopefully just flippers who get burned.

£62-82k. I'm also American so I haven't checked how that compares to the UK MSRP.

This one is showing 41 miles in the picture but 200 in the add.
It also has no ownership history
Followed by a link to reserve it online for 99 quid.
So brand new and have to be ordered off ineos.
There are 10 with less than 35 miles on them so I am guessing they were always going up for sale as around 40 miles is typical delivery mileage

I'm in the UK and I have my new Grenadier which cost me £60k

Prices went up about 10%. So the same one, ordered today, will cost £66k

IF I could sell my existing truck for £72k then I would have a £12k profit.

IF I then ordered a new one for £66k there actual cost to me would end up at £66k minus £12k equals £54k

I am not doing this but you can certainly see why some people would

Sure - you have to wait a few months for your new truck. But when you get it it's got some of the initial glitches ironed out, it costs you only £54k.

I'm sure there are some who meant to flip for a profit, some who actually don't want the vehicle as perhaps they bought something else or it wasn't what they'd hoped for.

But amongst the sellers are some who do want the vehicle but don't mind waiting a bit and want it cheaper, as I've described above

Cheers, Mike
