So for the benefit of the forum and at great expense to myself, I have purchased the front and rear hub nuts for the Grenadier. So that amongst us we can try and find cheaper pattern parts or parts from other manufacturers that may be cheaper. Also so that someone can identify a specific tool to fit the rear hub nut . The rear hub/ring nut was £82.95 + vat and the front hub nut was £85.17 + vat. So bloody pricey. Both nuts are a 1.5mm thread. The rest you can decipher from the photos.

I’m impressed with your proactivity @Logsplitter .
I have this firmly in the ‘cross-that-bridge-when-I-come-to-it’ category (see driveshaft).

Was a source for the rear axle nut socket found? Part number CA119168. It has an inner diameter of 75mm which would work well enough with the 71mm outer diameter.

Someone posted an image but I don't remember who. I saved a screen shot of it if anyone wants me to post it.

Maybe worth a try taking the nut to a VW, Renault or Mercedes Sprinter van workshop and see if it fits in their dual wheel hub nut socket. Or try an Iveco service shop that repairs the 4x4s. Going by the tool shop listings The VW/Sprinter 6 pin socket has the closest OD 74mm and 68mm ID for the keys like shown in the photos. Sprinter hub nut is M55 x 1.5 for the dual wheel axle.
-Lincos product code W0622 for Iveco rear hub nut part number 42558514
-Lincos W0403 for Sprinter/Crafter socket €61
-Endeavour tools AU. ET9073 Sprinter/Crafter 6 tooth socket 1/2" drive
May have to tack weld 75mm ID ring around the keys to add more strength for th torque.

That may well do. I need to find a VW commercial garage and take the hub nut there to match a fit.
Here’s the Ineos tool. Ring around the outside for strength. Torque to 600nm

Now that the axle nut dimensions are known thanks to "Logsplitter" , I've found two tools that might be suitable for the rear axle nut.
(Correct dimensions, the teeth are on the inside!!!)
Apparently, these tools are only available in Italy. I've contacted the companies
blu-service.it and liber.it by email, but haven't received a reply yet. Perhaps "Orso" can help if I don't get a response.

Attention!
There are similar tools and nuts, but they only have 4 teeth!

When buying, make sure the tools have 6 teeth and the nuts have 6 slots

The axle nut pictured matches the Ineos axle nut in terms of external dimensions, but the thread pitch (2.0) is incorrect ! The Ineos axle nut has a thread pitch of 1.5 mm.

Thanks to "Logsplitter," the dimensions of the front axle nut are now known, as it's very difficult to measure it accurately when installed. Judging from the dimensions in the pictures, it appears to be an M30 x 1.5 nut.

The special feature of the hex nut used by INEOS is that it has an integrated washer and a collar to secure the nut to the shaft. This collar can be notched at a specific point with a chisel when the correct torque is reached.

These types of nuts are commonly referred to as "stake nuts" or "staked nuts." There are plenty of videos on YouTube demonstrating how to secure these nuts.

Now for alternatives:
There are several suitable "stake nuts" in size M30 x 1.5 available online. These types of nuts are used, for example, on Ifor Williams trailers and cost around £5. However, the wrench size is now the problem. The Ineos nut has a wrench size of 41 mm. This wrench size is normally only used for nuts of size M29 x 1.5.

The M30 x 1.5 nuts offered online all have a wrench size of 46 mm!
