I had a loaner with heavy steering that pulls to one side, but no steering whine. My vehicle has light predictable steering, but whines like crazy

Mine has an atrocious whine, but tracks straight. The fox stabilizer greatly improved return to center. Had the one year service and my loaner was silent from the steering pump. It was built before mine in 2024. It was also easy to drive. Return to center was about halfway between stock and now with the fox one. The loaner only had 5500 miles. The QC on these key components is inconsistent in my opinion.

I’m almost in if it fixes the pump screech. That would shut up my IG and my wife who complains about the noise. The thing is that those kinds of pumps all make noise. Even the ones on the JL jeeps. So, how much quieter is it is my question. I was hoping for something closer to $1000 or under, but here we are.

Can’t really feel a big difference, I didn’t think mine was terrible, I just did the swap to stop the noise the psp was making and it worked.

Ok, now that you have had it for a bit longer what do you feel it has changed?

Installed today. Only noticeable difference is the high pitched noise the factory psp made is gone. I sat In traffic so I can’t speak to the steering improvements yet. I’m sure it is better at higher speeds.
