Overhead Console Loop replacement

Anybody had this occur? One of the loop rings on the console just fell off. I’m trying to figure out if they snap in (doesn’t feel like it), glue in (others seem far to secure to be adhered) or if I need to drop the panel to reattach a fallen screw. I’ve looked at a couple of videos of the console dropped but cannot make out where the connection points are…..thoughts????

There are just a couple of screws holding them on, so yes the console panel has to come down.
And I suppose now that the missing screws pose a short-circuit danger to all the electrical connections below the detached switched guard (or are the contacts all sealed)?
