UK & Ireland Official recognition of issue with Handsfree Audio

Despite 2yrs of my handsfree being unusable there still doesn't seem to be any confirmation from Ineos that this is a known fault, especially when many others have complained about it.

I would like to request recognition that this is an issue and a plan for resolution

Mine is a bit echo like for the other party but otherwise is ok. Not as nice call quality as my BMW but i assume that is because it’s a big space so sound rattles around a bit.

I have an early 2023 and I have no issues with my phones hand free or Apple Car play. I have safari windows.

Like every other Ineos issue, some do some don’t. Definitely needs better quality control.

I thought the phone problem was on all the earlier versions, just everything else was a lottery?

2023 build, no issues, on Android with wireless dongle. But there again I'm retired and in car phone use is minimal so perhaps I shouldn't be in the statistics

Agreed. Mine sounds fine in the car, I’m told that it sounds fine from the other end too. 2023 model, vin approx 2000.
