Hi, my first post so thanks for facilitating this forum.
I’m due to pick up my first Grenadier at the end of the month (I live in France). It’s new but was in stock at the dealer and is missing one option that I’d ideally like, a front winch. Has anyone the experience or knowledge of a good option that will be hidden similar to the factory winch?
Thanks in advance.

I just changed the factory set up to the LeTech winch mount..
The parts of my factory winch mount are available now.

As far as I know, options from Letech as above €2,300, Reulsport at €1400, Red Winch £1300, XLW (Full steel bumper) €2700.

In case you didn't know, the rest of the world have a different bumper, so no options to import from US or Oz.

The ReulSport rack may seem inexpensive at first glance at €1,350, but it requires three plastic parts from the original Ineos winch, which cost another €1,300. Furthermore, the Warn winch mounted on the ReulSport rack is dangerously close to the radiator, which is why I returned my rack and opted for the LeTech version. LeTech and Taubenreuther are the only winch racks that have TÜV approval. Using a rack without TÜV approval in Germany will invalidate the entire vehicle's approval. The LeTech rack isn't particularly stable in the area of the fairlead and doesn't allow for diagonal pulling. The Taubenreuther rack is probably better in this respect, but in my opinion, it's much too low under the bumper. It would be almost impossible to find the winch in the mud. I really like the new rack for the INEOS from Red-Winch, which also allows the installation of other winches. It's also reasonably priced (approximately €1,300). Combined with a genuine Red Winch, it's no more expensive than a LeTech or Taubenreuter carrier with a Warn Winch, but it has the better winch. The only question is whether it would be possible to get a TÜV approval in Germany.

Here are also some pictures of the Reul and the LeTech winch mounts

Great summary.

I'm still tempted by the full steel bumper from XLW, no TUV concerns here!
