Yes there is an option in the settings to flip the camera..

I've never seen that on mine. I downloaded and updated the software (via microSD card) the first time it powered up, so it could be a fix from that if you haven't updated.

Thank You DaneJa - I will try and dig out the little booklet that came with it and see if it explains how to update the software.
