Good PR so far as it goes.
But does it go far enough? I'd really like to know what was going on in terms of improving the access to manuals for owners and a read/write diagnostic box. Others have expressed the need for a revised HVAC and front drive shaft. Shedding HQ staff is a worry as IA has always been short of bandwidth in terms of addressing problems as they arise.

Yes servicing is a huge issue, please Ineos, follow up on the diagnostics as previously discussed to improve access to service centres.
