I'm starting to get sick of all the constant negative people. This thread is ment to be positive and a insight to ineos changing for the better and listening to the customers

I’d suggest putting the folks you don’t like onto your ignore list. Otherwise, they have every right to speak their mind as Grenadier owners and members of this forum, as long as it’s within forum rules.

Ironically, the letter is in part because so many people are unhappy (ie “negative”) with various aspects of the Grenadier. I get what you’re saying though. It does become a drain sometimes. I just skim over those posts, roll my eyes or face palm, and move on until I get to @Jean Mercier, @anand, @Tazzieman, or @DaveB posts to brighten my day again

I guess I could do that . I also understand they do get to post what they want but it's nearly every single thread . I stopped looking at this forum for months due to the regular moaners. This thread is one of the few that has a good/positive motive

Regarding IA, at least they are trying to improve. Have they got everything perfect so far? Nope. Do any other car manufacturers, let alone startups, get everything perfect? Absolutely not. No chance.

I’ve had some truly awful service from Land Rover over the years and they couldn’t give a f**k. So they lost one customer out of the tens of millions. People still buy the product and they probably always will. Ineos on the other hand seem to recognise they have work to do and are, at least, promising to do better.

China must make different GWM’s to those sold in Australia, which are largely cheap but pretty junk that will end up in early land fill.
They may get better, but right now, not so much.

Many members are ESL or speak no English at all and rely on translating sights/apps and that's why this community is so wonderful - everyone is welcome!
