Oh I dunno, I’ve written elsewhere on here about my experience after an accident. Identifying the parts required was a disorganised chaotic nightmare for a third party but once the parts were correctly identified nothing took over a week to arrive from the time of ordering.

Inner arch
Outer arch extension
Various bits of plastic bumper

Was forkin expensive but at least they arrived quickly.

Whilst the alternator arrived in a couple of days it took 3 weeks to get a new battery. Weird.

DId a quick google search to figure out what the alternator is on these. Appears the alternator on the Ineos is the same one that's used on a lot of BMWs, so it probably had a good head start on being established in replacement part distribution and inventory.

In them olden days alternators were simpy not powerful enough to bulk charge a dead battery. I'd like to think that the alternator spec'd for the IA dual battery system is robust enough to occasionally deal with that situation. You pprobably just got a bad one but it is something to consider for those traveling remote.

The parts bin in Hambach (or wherever it is in the UK/EU) is a long way from NA or AUS. I'm not seeing that kind of parts availability in the US. More like 4-6+ weeks for things I've ordered unless popular - like a driver's side A pillar grab handle, etc.
