Morning, I received a letter from Lynn caulder this morning
as an early adopter and as an olive branch inviting me to provide some feedback. Did anyone else receive this who purchased in 2023? Just making sure it's genuine. Thanks!

I have a letter, 2nd class.

I followed the supplied QR code and I was asked to confirm my full name, order number, mobile number, VIN number, e-mail address and availability.

As it was sent out 2nd class, I would suggest it is a day or two before you feel left out.

I received the letter yesterday.

Followed the instructions, provided my details and booked a call with them for 11:30am today.

Instructions were that INEOS could call up to an hour before and an hour after the planned time, so I sat here from 10:30 to 12:30. It gave me time to gather my thoughts.

No call came.

I messaged back and told them today was a perfect example of INEOS customer experience. Initial excitement followed by frustration and irritation.

Their message back was an apology for wasting my time. Apparently they have system issues that they are dealing with.

Leave your details and hopefully they will call me Monday.

All clever tech these day, gone are days where your PA sorting out appointments. With WhatApp, you can reply when you like and there is no one on the other side waiting for you. Nifty.

I got my vehicle used, about 10 months old, so won't be getting a letter. If someone doesn't mind, would you mention that it doesn't seem possible to fix safari roof leaks if vehicle is parked facing upwards at a 10 degree angle.
