Lazer Sentinels plus a lot, lot more!

Looking at putting a pair of these on the bull bar with the amber cover to use as fog lights.
The EXT 5 25 amp wiring under the bonnet will do the trick nicely.

Hi, just saw these two days ago on FB a guys Gregor McArthur fittet them... it almost looks like a Kit from Lazer with 3d printed parts in the grille. These are 7" Lazer Lamp Sentinels with position lights. I was looking to get them in mine as well... i dont get an answer on how he did it and if he shares a howto.

Still trying to decide between two of these or one of the Lazer carbon 6 drive with yellow filter

I've been waiting for Lazer Sentinels to come along with a replacement bracket solution for the factory aux lights. This looks like it might be in the Lazer pipeline. I had previously asked Lazer last year if any plans and they said no not yet. Hopefully this has changed.

They are apparently being released soon, I saw a post on Facebook as a "teaser". I'm hoping they come soon as I have a couple of customers interested. Our local Lazer agent has a prototype set on his Grenadier.

The only problem is that the light output from the 7" Sentinels is not that good.
The integration is good but if I am going to spend that much I really want to be getting a much better result.

This is my customer/Lazer agent, it's a prototype he is working on that's not quite ready for release. I've been bugging him from time to time to get a release date as I'm itching to start supplying and fitting them. In the meantime I've been fitting my integrated Lazer 18 Linears to the grills.

The GrenX kit using Lightforce Venoms is rated at 850m @ 1lux and probably a similar price if not cheaper. The Lazer kit does look tasty though....

This is my concern with lights such as the Lightforce Venoms and many other round driving lights.
They tend to go for long distance cone of light with a circular beam pattern.
They are not very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for and at 150 mm Grenx no doubt was getting the best he could that fit nicely in the grill.
Interesting they don't show any photometric data for the standard light.
It is supplied with a "spot" filter to fit over the light and you can buy a combo filter but neither do a great job of lighting the sides of the road and seem to focus on what's happening a kilometre up the road.
Roos tend to come out from the side of the road rather than drop from the tree's.

The addition of a Lightforce Viper 20 inch LED bar (single) works really well with the OEM high beams and spot lights (installed under Roo Bar hoop). Those with similar setups seem happy as well. Light is very even cross my setup and the colour temps match. I found it so good I thought I did not need the 40 inch OEM rooftop mounted lightbar (which I already had, but now rarely use).
