Grenadier Screw/Bolt head types & sizes

the steering wheel has screws near the toot button around the OK button on the right and microphone button on the left. They are very unusual M2 socket head thread cutting. The outer diameter is 2mm, total length8.25mm, with a 4.20mm diameter head. Like this, but smaller: https://www.gobilda.com/m4-thread-forming-socket-head-screws if anyone has a source for such screws, with a longer threaded portion, I'd love to know about it.
You will find m2x 10mm up to 50mm on Ebay, Aliexpress and Amazon.
These are Au sites but you should be able to find the same on US sites.
Look for m2 socket head self tapping.

The plastic number plate holder for models with the INEOS (RED) winch installed, is secured by four Torx T30 bolts. Image from @BillB It is the bolt on the right in the plastic holder next to the winch lever. Four T30 bolts in total.

The Exterior L track rail is secured with a Torx TX30 bolt. I previously had this as Torx T27, but did a check today.

You need to be careful with T30 and T27 bits, double check both before making a decision. I don't seem to have this issue with other Torx bits just the 27 and 30.

Does anyone know the exact specs on the headlight bezel screws? T27? Length / diameter? Pitch?
I forgot to add this option on the build sheet 🤷

And the bolts will most likely be a metric bolt size and a metric thread.

All Grenadier bolts/threads are metric. If it has a T30 head is should be an M6 bolt with a coarse (1mm) thread pitch. M6 bolt lengths reported by other members and my own investigations include 16mm 25mm and 40mm

Cheers

thank you so much! I can run with that info and buy a couple different sizes

How about the bolts for the center console? I lost one and would like to replace, thank you in advance.

Any suggestions on an ETorx range to get?
Would E4 to E20 cover most applications?
Are bolts up and under generally ETorx or just hex?
I bought a Kinchrome set that goes from T10 to T50 and got the security ones to give additional flexibility. I haven't needed anything smaller but have used the T40 (to remove the spare wheel cover base) and T50 (rear seat cover bolts) ones recently.

Thank Steve.
I bought the Wera master set that deals with most of the smaller torx, but am looking at an E-Torx (sockets) set as I’ve assumed my current hex metric/imperial set will be largely useless for the grenny.

I was looking at this as a combined set up.

They have a combined kit, although that doesn’t have the security torx, and is the same price as both of the above.

Opps missed the "E" so ignore my comments.

I bought a Kingchrome E torx socket set which so far has every size head I've found on the car.

The only reason I went for security torx keysis I have other mechanical and electrical devices that use them., I haven't found any on the grenadier.

The two RH and two LH side bolts securing the rear seat to the floor in the cargo bay at the rear of the seats in the Grenadier are security Torx 50. Although, for some reason the centre two bolts nest to them are normal Torx 50 and so are the LH and RH removal guide pins. So if you want to remove your rear seat you will need security Torx.

When I bought Torx sockets and keys, the security Torx was the same price as the normal Torx but fits both types. I think the only disadvantage of the security Torx is that because they are hollow they are potentially not as strong as the normal solid Torx bits for high torque settings. On that basis I bought recognised name brand sockets and keys (Kinchrome like you) because of their reputation and warranty.

Cheers

Does anyone have a recommendation for an Amazon (US) set that will fit the majority of the fasteners on the Grenadier? I know it sounds lazy to ask for a link, but I don't want to wade through a thousand different sets if this has already been solved. Frankly, it's something that should have been included from the factory on a *100k* vehicle, but I digress. I just want a set that I can keep in the vehicle all the time so that if I need to get at the spare tire, or adjust something I have the right tools on hand.
