Since most people should be familiar with us by now (keyword: plug and play sound system), we've finally managed to take a closer look at the Grenadier and its full sound insulation, eliminating rattling and creaking noises, etc. Vehicles with Safari windows, in particular, have a lot of catching up to do in this area. In short, with extensive full sound insulation, the Grenadier's ride comfort can be significantly improved!

Just check out our video about it. ;-) I'm looking forward to your comments.

Thanks for sharing. I have purchased your V2 sound system and plan on installing it soon. This helps me think about further installation of sound deading. Having the truck tub in the back, I do pick up more sound resonating from the muffler and over course the metal wall against the rear passenger seats.

Did you meter before / after to get an objective improvement? would also have been fun to see the RTA curve to see the change in resonance.

Yes we do! The measure was while the car was driven with 60km/h (around 37 mp/h). Red curve is without insulation and the yellow with insulation. As you can see. Some freqencies drop down around 5-6 dezibel which is more than 50% less than without the insulation!

That is very interesting. It seems to deal with that resonance at around 40 hz. I'm surprised to see that drop at 200 to 300hz
