Good news from the Technical manuals

Congrats to the dozen of you who have gotten access.. I've only had my truck for 19 months so I will continue to wait patiently... I guess.

Have you emailed them or called them?

Good news... Since this morning time access to the Technical Manuals has dramatically decreased...
Hoping is not temporary...
Only temporary I fear

its the usual snails pace here this morning.

Submitted a request for access in August via their online form, received a response about a week later saying to wait and they’ll reach out. They never did so followed up with customer support in late October, got a quick response back requesting proof of ownership. Provided them with the information they requested and have not received any further updates since.

I can only assume my request has been moved to the back of the next waiting line for access credentials to be created? Grateful they are offering any access at all but the process has been a bit of a slog to say the least.

Online access only is BS. It should be available on portable media (SD card/ Drive). Of course, so is the BS you have to go through to get access, and the fact that you still can't reset a basic service minder if you choose to change your own oil. None of this is true to the stated design ethos when this whole process started.

But what's new, did we really think Ineos was going to be different then every other manufacturer that has moved to a model that intends to make owner service 'not allowed'?
