I've been looking to add a diesel heater to my Grenadier for sometime as we use it for camping trips and it can get pretty cold at anytime of the year in Scotland. I couldn't find anything Grenadier related, so taking some inspiration from other 4X4s I decided to try mounting it externally.
I'm using an Hcalory TB2S Toolbox heater with a pair of DVA Mechanics side rails. I mounted a couple of M8 bolts to the heater so I can lift it onto the DVA rails and then secure with some M8 thumb nuts. Power is from the external 12V outlet conveniently situated right above.
Everything works as it should and it will certainly make future trips more comfortable!

That's fantastic!

I'd never heard of diesel heaters before my Grenadier life began. They're not crazy expensive for the suitcase type like yours (I found one for $200 US) and seem like a great option.

They are great value. I would really like an under the hood Webasto but we're talking at least 15 times more expensive and I cant justify that!
