UK & Ireland Door handle recall in the UK?

I received one of the door handle recall emails here in Scotland some months ago but to date there has been no further communication, my service centre tells me they have not been authorised to replace them and have not received any notification or communication from IA at all !!!
can we please ask at the next AMA when IA intend to authorise door lock replacement here in the UK?

2024 Trialmaster in Germany. Mine were all replaced under warranty but still sometimes occurring issue. It’s mostly present / worse in cold and wet conditions. Dealer advises silicon spray in the buttons, which I have read is helpful. But t seems an odd response for something that is a potential safety issue.

I tried to get mine changed back in may , was told there was no spares. Ineos have never chased it up or sorted the locks out while it's been down with ineos for 8 weeks

We logged it with IG customer services along with the date we planned for next visit to a service centre. IG organised it so locks were dellivered to them for that time.
STC did the work.
