Stu,
I received one of the door handle recall emails here in Scotland some months ago but to date there has been no further communication, my service centre tells me they have not been authorised to replace them and have not received any notification or communication from IA at all !!!
can we please ask at the next AMA when IA intend to authorise door lock replacement here in the UK?

Ring the INEOS help line and ask when you can book the car in for the fix.

Mine (AU) is being done Monday 4 August. Lucky because it caused the driver's door to swing open this morning when I was traveling slowly around a corner.

Parts ship from Belgium, which should be no issue for you. But in AU you need a 6 week lead time.

Was at the dealer on Tuesday for regular maintenance service (Germany). Car is NOT qualified for replacement (VIN below 1000) even though other cars with slightly lower or higher VIN are according to dealer and I do have „sticky“ knobs. Very strange!

From my understanding IA are " drip feeding " supplies to dealers. Mine went into the dealer for something else, and while it was there the locks were changed. I'm surprised that the service centre wasn't aware of the situation. Is the service centre ( as opposed to dealer) authorised to carry out TSB work?

My dealer confirmed today demands exceeds supply, so there will be a wait. My door buttons are getting stuck.

Mine were done last time they were in, couple of months ago, maybe less?

Mine were replaced to but I didn’t think they were too bad. Drivers side stuck occasionally but that’s all. I just used to push the button to side slightly with my thumb and it would pop back out.

Hmm, dealer told me that my car is not listed for call-back. He tries to get approval for replacement for the door knobs individually but Ineos seems to be on summer vacation with no "out-of-office" reply or information that they won't respond for the time being (that's what he told me). Why am I not surprised?

Mine were very sticky last winter and the rear drivers door was quite difficult to keep shut. At the last service, April or so this year, Compass Tractors said that they would replace all the locks under warranty at the next service. Since then the locks haven't stuck at all and have worked perfectly. Not sure if its warmer weather and less moisture and dirt in the locks or the automotive equivalent of the pain ceasing when you visit the doctor.
