We currently have a 2024 Grenadier with faulty drive shaft that has been off the road 6 weeks.
It took 10 days to find someone to fix it and get it collected ,on day 1 Ineos customer care said they would get it collected and a replacement vehicle out to us and asked what we required and we said 4x4 with towbar
and still to this day they have not supplied a vehicle we have hired one at £250 per week and Ineos will not agree to pay this.
We have taken advice on this and you buy a Grenadier through an agent not a dealer which makes Ineos the main dealer so surely they should be responsible for supplying a replacement vehicle if there's has failed.
We run a fleet of 4x4 vehicles and have never been treated like this even second hand vehicle dealers have provided a better service.

That's bad luck and poor from Ineos.

When convenient can you elaborate on 'faulty driveshaft'?

Presume it's the front one etc?
