Agile offroad a-pillar grab handle install

I bought this thing without realizing the interference with the air bag. It's pretty darn hefty. It's sitting on the shelf. Not sure I'll be installing it.

If INEOS sold the OEM right hand drive truck version, perhaps it's plug and play?

Great instructions in case I do. Thanks!
Ineos offers it, I was an early adopter and the part numbers can be found here in the forum. Mine in August of ‘24 was $450 for the handle, trim and hardware. I understand these parts have come down in price somewhat but they are still $$$.

I actually replaced both side grab handles this week with CNC machined cast aluminum units from Racefoxx in Germany. A pricey option but both were less than I spent on one from Ineos.

For what it’s worth these do not interfere with airbag operation as they were designed for the passenger side of left and right hand drive units.

What interference would that be?

The airbags are essentially identical left and right (they're handed of course) and when activated burst out from the gap between the grab handle and the door.

How much space/behind the grey A pillar at the bottom.
