Just logged in to my IG account to see if the Feb 23 build date had changed and all my saved configurations/orders/reservation information now blank.

Anyone else experienced similar?

Same for me. The communication and interaction with us customers leaves a lot to be desired.

roger that Tazzieman. On another note my wife said last year, "..the day you order that new car is the day I resign...."

guess what - turns out Mrs. ECrider was not bluffing! Hands in her notice in 3 weeks time. My IG aftermarket add ons are going to have to slim down a bit I think!

It is all blank now but has been filled without any changes a few hours ago.
I will take a cup of tea and wait for the changes

Hi @ECrider maybe you could ask her to align effective date of resignment with delivery of IG and not order date. That could lead to a lot more aftermarket add ons as I fear we might see further delays…

I think that's a pretty good reaction time from their Customer Service. Granted nothing has been resolved but I'm happy with their replies.

Make sure you are logged in, in the right country. Mine had vanished the other day but realised I was logged in to the UK web site, not AU. Once I changed back it was all there again

I can't even log in with my e-mail address and password.

There are already amateurs at work. I have a special opinion about IT people anyway. There are very few professionals. Everyone else thinks they know how to do it.
