So I liked the thought of having a rear mount temporary winch, Booster cables for the rear (extra handy where I live in the winter because sometimes turning around isn't simple) and even a small inverter for the outfitter tent. I started to price out the nato plugs and by the time there is tax, duty, freight, tarrifs etc it became a little bit ridiculous in price. So after a few failed prototypes while working out dimensions I believe I have found the final fit. The plan is to use brass rods (Amazon) that will mildly press into the hole. They will be connected to the cable via a brass heavy duty wire 4 set screw wire connector. (Amazon) Once the pins are pressed into the holes the assembly will be filled with a 2 part epoxy. Cost is around 10$ US each. Made from a very tough resin material, I believe it will be possible to drive over it once the 2 part epoxy has set.
