I've seen some adverts for 16" sprinter wheels with the grenadier as a fit. Um, do 16's fit the Gren?

Well I guess he was wrong, because someone has done it.I did not try but was told by the then president of the Americas for IA. He said that they really tried (given the popularity and availability of 16” tires) but they couldn’t make a satisfactory brake setup in their opinion.
Probably was a 'no' because they couldn't offer alloys in the same size aswell as a steel wheel.Well I guess he was wrong, because someone has done it.![]()

HiNaohiko-san, on your Instagram there is a post with your Grenadier saying you had fitted 255/85R16 tyres on steel wheels which is unusual (if the translation is correct on the size). Did you have any issue with the brake clearance on the 16 inch steel wheels?
