Thread 'INEOS Grenadier A/C Issue - What finally Fixed Mine'
Sharing this in case it helps someone else. I have a 2025 INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster, purchased in November, and I’ve been dealing with the A/C issues many of you have probably heard about: • Rear vents blowing super hot • One side cold-ish • The other side ambient to warm Over the past few months, following the service protocols the dealer replaced: • The controller • The valve • The A/C box They also: • PicoScoped the vehicle • Changed the coolant • Updated software • Reset modules...
Thread 'Brake disc - part numbers'
Hello all. I recently took ownership of a 2023 Trialmaster. Loving it so far! I'm looking to replace the brakes. I'm based in the south of Scotland and have bought Brembo pads (I got the part numbers from other threads - great information!). However, I'm wondering if anyone has part numbers for the discs? I managed to find the following Ineos P/N for the front: GRA-6A51-000750. Does anyone have the Ineos part number for the rear? And does anyone know of any Brembo alternative? Thanks...
Thread 'Securing the Auxiliary Battery'
For anyone that has a station wagon that did not come equipped with a second battery and have since added one, what are you using for a tie down? Is the one pictured below a factory bracket? I see GP Factor has a clamp but it still says to use in addition with the bracket. If it is factory, does anyone know a part number or where to source one? Considering a 165ah battery that's 8.5" but its a tight fit under to stay level with the factory plastic trim covers. Agile is putting the 200ah...
Thread 'rattle below the transfer case lever at 1800ish rpm'
has anyone solved the odd rattle coming from below the transfer case lever adjustment knob. It's not the linkage to the cable and the collar still has the split pin. Any accelerations at low speed around 1800rpm seem to cause this rattle/buzz. Dealer has tried a few things. I have requested access to the technical documents to see the schematics! Bottle of red to anyone that can solve it !
Thread 'Fuel filler door alignment hack'
Quick little hack to try and address the sagging fuel filler door alignment. I had some left over SeaDek padding from another project and on a lark cut a tiny section of it and fitted it on the filler door to act as a type of bumper/spacer to help hold the door at a better angle when closed. The SeaDek is fairly dense so it shouldn’t compress over time. Worth a shot and literally took less than five minutes.
Does anyone know if a B58 (petrol) Grenadier has any form of inertial shut-off or inertia switch on the fuel pump, like most vehicles do, in order to ensure that the pump is shut-off in the event of a crash or incident? I haven't seen any mention of such a switch so wonder if this is dealt with as part of a wider vehicle crash protocol, along with airbag deployment etc. I have no particular reason for asking other than that I have with certain lesser vehicles (such as the LR Disco2) known...
HI Guys I suffer from a severe disease called procrastination... I ponder and research and overthink everything :D Getting ready for our van arrival in July - i'm going to be getting the car ready - One thing i need is a 50A anderson (I may actually try and spec larger from the caravan manufacturer for future 'options' within the van I would like to keep the nato plug and would just make a Nato to anderson for convenience (and cry buying the nato plug :D ) Likely make a nato to 175a...

Thread 'Can someone verify something for me?'
I found a grommeted hole under the rear seat (passenger side) that appears to provide direct access to the outside. I am a little confused considering the wading capability of the vehicle. This small grommet cannot be the only thing keeping water from entering into the cabin. I would like to know if i am missing a plug on the underside of the chassis. When i remove the grommet and shine a flash light (at the right angle) i can see the light under the vehicle. Can someone try this on their...
Hi guys, I don't know if this topic has been discussed before. I had an air brake system fitted to my Defender so that I could also tow agricultural trailers. I am planning to fit such a system in my Grenadier as well. Possibly also on the Discovery. In this connection I would also like to fit a pin truck hitch, as I had on the Defender (Ringfeder/Rockinger). At that time, I had obtained approval for the registration from Land Rover. I would do the same with INEOS. Anybody still have such...
I've had a cracking noise coming from the rear door for a few weeks now. This weekend I started troubleshooting and removed all the attachments. Yesterday I had help with troubleshooting. While driving it continues to crack, my help then pressed against the door with his legs and the cracking stopped. Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone have a solution?
Thread 'Blu tack a component of the windscreen washer system?'
This week my left hand windscreen washer jet blocked so I pulled off the jet to blow it out. I was surprised to find that there was putty stuff around the washer jet. I am pretty sure it is Bostik Blu Tack. You can see it in the bottom of the hole in the picture. The clips on the jet seemed intact. I blew the jet out with compressed air and put it back and it seems to work ok. Also had a look on the right hand side jet and there was none on that side. I have read of people wedging...
Thread 'Filtre cyclonique Donaldson'
Has anyone removed the front engine bay windscreen washer fluid reservoir from the front left hand inner wing area? I believe my washer pump filter is blocked or clogged as the washer fluid pressure is pathetic and I’ve blown back the lines with compressed air with no improvement? Just want to know how difficult it is to pull the filters out of the reservoir and clean the entire reservoir and filters out?
Are the drip rails perfectly straight, and parallel like the Gwagon? and what is the minimum clearance height? Say if one were to lay a straight edge across the roof and measure down to the inner top of the drip rail. If anyone has that info, that would be greeeeeeat. Thanks.
Hey all: Noticed some very light scratches in the metal floor in the driver's footwell, presumably from sand/grit between the rubber floor piece and the floor itself. None appear to be through to the metal, just surface. Any ideas how to best care for this? Was just going to hit it with some clear touch up but if there's any better method please let me know. I assume it's steel, so would prefer to get well ahead of any possible corrosion issues so I can still hose it down from time to...
Some 4wd Clubs and training courses require that rated recovery points are fitted to a vehicle and require some proof of the rating and unfortunately ours are not stamped on the hardware. I believe I did see a document at some point which had numbers for the Grenadier points but I have dug around a bit but can’t find it now. Can anyone point me in the right direction for it.
Thread 'TCC rear bar'
I recently had The Cruiser Company rear bar installed by TJM - Northern Beaches primarily due to having previously damaged the existing rear bar, with the replacement plastic bits approaching the cost of this full metal unit anyway. I opted not to include rear carriers as I don't need them. I'm pretty happy with it 👌
Thread 'Get Screwed.........'
Probably the most important thread on the net today. Received my Stainless Steel replacement bolts. All the airplane rails will have their bolts replaced. Plus all the body work that uses the other Torx bolts.
