I just hope that grange ineos pick up and drop off like customer support said
Please let us know if they do. Most owners from the Central Belt that are on here go to STC.

I bought mine from Grange last Nov and aftersales support was non-existent, due to a chronic lack of staff.

I will do . Yeah I've messaged grange twice in the last week and have heard nothing back at all

Sadly that’s par for the course. I left them two voice mails which they never returned (and obviously didn’t answer the phone either).

Pretty poor service.

Contact that email to , got a reply straight away today , he said he would get the service department to email me
I don't know why the world has gone this way of only replying to emails, it looses the personal touch and therefore the relationship is not strong and loyalty is not there. You speak to someone, you chat and get to know each other, you then become loyal to them.

Being offshore at work, email is the easiest option and the only option

I was talking more from the supplier/dealer side, they all want/reply to emails when if they spoke to customers the relationship builds. As customers it's our choice how we wish to communicate, and sometimes, like yourself it's far better to email. Emails are great in providing a record of correspondence but do nothing for long term customer relations.

As you work on the rigs, have you communicated with Cheshire Cat?
He's 'one of you'.

I agree that emailing isn't the best never know if they have seen it or not. Worst thing I find is the live chat support saying that the appropriate person will be informed. I like emailing for small things etc , but even picking up the ineos was far better experience than doing all the online buying etc.

I work on boats , I'm a ROV pilot maintaining oil and gas assets sub sea
