Yellow Engine Light: My came on after fueling up and not it will not go off. Anyone else having this issue?

I thought they had fixed this on US models with a software update?
I wonder if the dealer sold the car without dong software updates first?

You can use any code scanner to clear the code, it is found in this TSB here but only applies to MY24.1 (<17000 VIN). If you have a MY24.2 (VIN ends in a number >17000) or MY25, the update should be rolled into the ADAS-persistence update which should be available for your vehicle

The solution is to contact your dealer for the software update, but leave the check engine light illuminated (don't clear the code)

As of a month ago or so, dealers were requiring the code to be active to do the software update for MY24.1, the MY24.2/MY25 update only became available very recently

I think this might be an old problem.

Only happened to me once (diesel) and reported here early on.
With the engine on, hold the volume mute button down until the main screen goes blank and does a reset.
Should sort your engine light out.

Don’t fill your tank past when the bowser goes click and stops.
