3D print Wolfbox G900 Pro Bracket

This is a custom mount designed for installing a Wolfbox in the Ineos Grenadier.

When mounting the Wolfbox on the original Rear-view mirror, the cables have insufficient space and the overall setup appears bulky. To solve this issue, this simple and clean mount was designed.

Required Hardware

1. 4 x M3x30 screws
2. 4 x M2 x 16 screws
3. 4 x M3 nuts

Installation

1. Remove the original rear-view mirror.
2. Remove the original screws from the Wolfbox, including the brackets for the rubber straps.
3. Reinsert the four small caps.
4. Attach the new mount using the longer M2 screws.
5. Ensure the Wolfbox is correctly oriented on the new bracket before tightening.
6. Position the printed mount in place of the mirror.
7. Secure the mount using the specified screws and nuts (M3).

Important Notice

After installation, the mirror can no longer be angle-adjusted.

Material Recommendation

For best results, use a rigid and temperature-resistant material, such as:

• Carbon fiber reinforced Nylon (PA12 CF)
• Carbon fiber Reinforced Polycarbonate (PC CF)
• (ASA/ABS) not tested

Avoid flexible materials.

Do you have a few photos showing what it looks like with the mounting bracket? I’ve never tried it on a Grenadier with the ADAS system before. Sorry for that;(

As a matter of fact, just came back from a Grenadier event at Merus Adventure Park in the Palo Duro Canyon in the Texas panhandle. EXCELLENT overlanding. Got some good images and videos but here is what I capture off the front camera. I usually try to crop out the ADAS from anything I want to show people. I may in the future mount a go pro on the rack to capture excursions or mount to the windshield from the inside to avoid dust and noise.
