What did you do with your Grenadier today?

I also installed a digital pressure display on the left compressed air outlet because the small pressure gauge was so difficult to read. This allows me to switch off the compressor at exactly the right pressure. I have two compressed air hoses for the right and left sides, which are connected at the same time. This means I only need a gauge on one side, where the switch is located. There is also a preset button that I can use to set the target pressure. It just isn't wired up …

That is very good.

I added the salad bowl to the wagon.

Thinking about painting it red…

We missed you at Moab, where that would have been great. Where did you get it, especially the tube adapter? Do you have a link?
I chose to attend our daughter’s Senior Day on the soccer pitch in SoCal instead. It is her last year at the University. They have a good team.

I am up for the May get together.

I picked up the adapter from Warner at their mobile service station at the 2024 Oktoberfest meet. Warner should have them.

I forget where I bought the Donaldson pre cleaner/ filter from. I bought it before my wagon was even in production. :geek: Edit: it might have through Donaldson’s site?

Btw, it sounds kind of cool.

Salad Bowl addition.

Only two Torx bolts/screws to remove the old stack.

I really want to go Tom Servo with it.

It sounds cool.

Mounted my new (to me ) LeTech gen 1 ladder
(thanks grnamin)

Then figured out that Scepter’s water jug base shaping exactly matches the rubber bumper locations on the ladder, making the bumpers useless and letting the jug hit the truck.

So I built a new bumper mount fixture moving the bumpers up and out to make them work with the water jugs.

All fixed up now!

Then I got my pull pal fitted up on my orange DVA brackets

So now , if I actually take everything, it’s full on Beverly Hillbillies/baby’s got back/too much junk in the trunk…. when I’m solo in the mountains! Ugh…

Not sure how "appropriate" this is, but in my mind the Grenadier is the rightful heir to the Defender throne and so I added the "Defender" name to it. I'm sure it will confuse the crap out of some people, but it should be a good conversation starter! Thoughts?

Just needs some prancing camel fender shield decals to complete the badge/emblem mis-match goodness !

One up on a Defender would be a Defendier, yes?

Cool! Where did you run the wires?
I haven't fully finished the wiring but it's going to go up front and around the cooler..I ran my compressor wire that way and I'll just go along that run with these wires. All end up on the driver's side where I'll put it relay to control the lights.

I have a spare agile harness that I didn’t use, if that would help?

Thanks for offering! I got the wire harness so I think I'm good.
I was just a bit too tired to finish the wiring in the afternoon today. Going to finish it next weekend and also move the off-road lights I upgraded in the grille so both the ditch lights and the off-road lights are controlled by the same switch.

I run Baja 80 xl in the grill off one of the aux switches.
Going to keep them on the switch but trigger them with a relay that is activated by the headlight full beam.

Are you gonna run it to one of the ceiling switches?
