Not sure how many people appreciate the scope of your problem...

Everyone drives at break neck speed, and maintains no more than 6" of bumper to bumper difference, around the winding tunnels and super tight lanes of Brussels. Parking spaces in the city center are made for cars like the fiat panda.

Thanks, @Jean Mercier. I'll continue to check in here from time to time, and I'm also in contact with a few people via pm. I'm curious to see if there's a similar Land Cruiser forum. Maybe someone else has a Land Cruiser as well as a Grenadier and is already in a forum. If so, please send me a pm. Thx.

I installed the jeep rear door table and tested out my new stove setup.

Installed the Grenadier USA Transfer Case Shifter knob today. I've already replaced the original transmission shifter and the console cover (also from Grenadier USA) and so this part of the Grenadier is done. Now onto the next project!

Amazon special. Odoland. I am pretty impressed with it. It weighs as much or more than a coleman and it folds in half into a decent bag. Seems pretty heavy duty and doesn't rattle when closed. But time will tell.

Fantastic combo with the Supra shifter and Grenadier USA transfer case knob. The only possible improvement would be for the shift pattern in the transfer case knob to be painted white.

It is sad when long term genuine owners who appreciate the vehicle for what it is, with its flaws, and what it can do and still love it but for one reason or other decide to have to let go.

We always find it hard to let vehicle’s go, if we had a lot of land and outbuildings I'm sure we would be like the people you see on American Pickers. The Grenadier is the first car I have ever added parts to in such quantities. True love

SEALED SNORKEL
Just paid for the final work on Wally, being:

1. install the diff breather kit;
2. add rear airbags for towing the van (Poly Air, the ones also used on the van); and
3. bolt on a sealed snorkel. It is a bolt on job, no cutting. GrenX's final development of the diesel airbox is now complete. Rohan confirmed to me last Friday at the 4WD and Adventure Show.

Have some DIY things to do, but GrenX will do the final work. I need to book the trip to Melbourne. I organized the final work with GrenX at the Sydney 4WD and Adventure show last Friday.

Watching the Grenadiers do water crossings up at Cape York in the Canny Outdoor video was the final prompt. The water crossing was deep enough that one unseen pothole and whoosh, as the water gets sucked into the motor.

The old GU Patrol had a sealed snorkel and I needed it one day, crossing the Gascoyne River to reach Kennedy Ranges National Park.

I would love to install a proper snorkel type intake to my Gren. i think it's a real weak point the current RAI (depending on intended use), better than nothing but still could really ruin one's day like it did with Jeremy996. Would feel lots more comfortable with a better design. It's a lot of bread though, and with duty/vat/shipping to UK it's a real lot of bread. I am on the look out for something less pricey and made closer to home, though the GrenX looks like a real good bit of insurance.
