Even though my noise is not there anymore (after reinstalling the brake pads), I would also like a permanent fix. I just need to know exactly what to tell the dealer. Does everyone also have squealing brakes too?

Did the noise in your vehicle return?Even though my noise is not there anymore (after reinstalling the brake pads), I would also like a permanent fix. I just need to know exactly what to tell the dealer. Does everyone also have squealing brakes too?
That's interesting. And the squeak was occurring when you weren't applying the brakes, correct? Just when you were driving around?I had one rear wheel that squealed. I got the dealer to check, he cleaned the brake dust, check things over and after a few months it came back. Then the dealer put some copper grease on the back and bled all the brakes which was much better and the brakes had better bite. However, it eventually came back. On my second service, I had all the brake fluid changed and it has been good ever since.
So the reason why it happening to just one wheel is the rear wheel wasn’t bled properly from the factory and could do with some new brake fluid.
Only occurred when applying the brakes. That's interesting. And the squeak was occurring when you weren't applying the brakes, correct? Just when you were driving around?
Ah ok. That's different than the issue im having.Only occurred when applying the brakes.
