Well Laddies and Gents, my truck has been at Dilawri Ineos in Toronto over 2 months, and yesterday at pickup I lifted the rug before taking delivery, and lo and behold flooded with HVAC condensation. So this will now be a total of 10 months and a hand full of days in the dealership for the same initial problem. HVAC leaking in to the vehicle. There is exactly ZERO HVAC condensation leaving under the vehicle from the HVAC drains, all the liquid 100% is in the cab. My floor mats have been soaked for months, my vehicle has been wet and sloshing since day one of ownership. And the only dealership I can take it to because they started the repair has to complete the repair that they seem either incapable or unwilling to repair the vehicle. I have zero options as we have no lemon laws in Canada, and Ineos will not step in.

This is the third time it’s been in to repair the same ongoing problem. Any time I reach out to Ineos the answer is simply “Drop it off” so 7 months, 2 months and 2 months and now after not even 5 minutes It’s back there again. But don’t be angry, don’t complain, don’t discourage the brand. Ineos refuses to step in. I have an email from a now “gone” general manager saying they would order me a new truck. But he’s now “gone” and you can guess where that’s going.

The dealership is completely incompetent, and Ineos doesn’t give a shit.

That stinks. I noticed this yesterday - first time in 26,000 miles. Will take it in on Monday.
