I have a RHD Grennie, we are getting a lot of water in the footwell of the passenger (left side)

There is much water it appears on top of the standard (no carpet) mat -

The mat itself is soaked and you can squeeze water out - literally been standing on it to get some of the water out - surely it shouldn’t take water in

it was raining a lot and it was parked on the level - at home its on a slight incline
Its cold so we aren’t using the Air Conditioning much at all
All the other floor mat areas are dry

Is this also that known issue(s) ?

Below the rear door latch water appears there as well - currently its gone (towelled it out)

Photo of floor mat upside down - can see water coming out a small hole

I’m having the same problem, both sides. To the point water is sloshing in the body rails. My mats smell of mildew. And no answers

What year build?
First thing to do is report it to the dealer and get it booked in for repair
While waiting for the dealer try to find the leak, paper towel shoved in around the windscreen and a good hose off is the first place to start

I had this issue for the first time yesterday, we were driving home from our big road trip (1 month and 7k miles) and I noticed a LOT of water in the driver's side footwell (American here) I noticed it dripping from the foot vent when the A/C was running. We were driving from Oklahoma to Georgia and had the AC running all day, towards the end of our drive we had to stack paper towels to soak up all the water.

My guess is its condensation from the AC system thats somehow getting to the vent and dripping out on the floor, when its humid out theres a ton of water. I contacted my dealer (Regal Ineos Roswell GA) and have a service scheduled for July 15th.

The OP stated no air conditioning was being used and it was raining so not the crap design of the air conditioning which is well documented and the same with every vehicle
