I ordered the rear baskets for the Grenadier wagon and U.S. customs wants this form filled out (attached).

Anyone know the answers to these questions?

That is weird I just got my Bison gear in this week and didn't have to fill anything out. I wonder if on their end they didn't have the correct documentation with your order???

You could reach out to Marty @ Off Road Gear Guys. He is a major importer/distributor of Bison Gear products, so he may be able to help. For everyone else, maybe a good reason to buy directly from a US distributor for the time being.

Well that sucks. Have you reached out to Bison? They can work with their courier, I’m assuming DHL to get things moving.
Customs delays aren’t just in the USA though. We’ve had some of the forum items held up for weeks in the UK more than once with all the correct details to clear.

Good luck.

So any issue if it is Stainless steel? It isn’t on that form.

Shouldn’t have any tariffs. They are from Poland.

I had the same issue with some brackets shipped from AUS. It took 6 weeks to clear and was 4 weeks of back and forth between More 4x4 and US Customs. Aluminum and Copper. Sounds like it depends on Customs Agent, and DHL is better then FedEx/UPS.

Looks like Bison Gear (contact@bison-gear.com) was copied on the email from FedEx. I also sent an email to Bison Gear on Friday. No reply yet.
I replied to "Christian" at FedEx with a link to the baskets on the retail sales web site and said I wouldn't possibly know the derivative amounts / make up of the baskets. I have not heard anything back from him/FedEx either.

Here's the email excerpt from FedEx:

Your shipment has been sent by FedEx and is on its way. However, our clearance team
needs additional document as below before your shipment can clear US customs and be
delivered.

Needed information:
  1. Kindly fill out the Aluminum Steel Copper Derivatives worksheet. See attached file
Please reply to this email with the required document the earliest possible.
We look forward to your response. Thank you for choosing FedEx Express.

Looks like it has cleared customs!

Bison Gear replied and said I shouldn't be getting cutoms inquiries and not to answer them and just tell FedEx to reach out to Bison Gear direclty.

FedEx replied later and indicated that the package has been "released".
