I assume this is just a “of course it’ll work and this is kind of a dumb question” but I can’t figure out the answer and this is still all new to me.
I am having my tires swapped from the stock KO2 to 33” KO3s this weekend (at discount tire - moving my KO2s to my kid’s Tacoma which is how I got my wife on board with new tires
).
I keep reading about what a pain the TPMS sensors are when changing wheels or rotating tires.
My question is - since this is just a tire swap and I’m keeping the rest of the wheel the same, do I need to have the shop do anything or make them aware of anything (other than keep the same wheels in the same spot on the truck)?
I assume if they do that the TPMS sensors will just work, but I am nervous about it.
Thanks!
