Was wondering if this was a good/reasonable/bad offer. Thank you very much in advance for your opinions.

2024 INEOS Grenadier
Trialmaster
Eldoret Blue
Miles: 18
Price$86,980
Discount($10,000)
Adjusted Price$76,980
ECKBOND$1,995
Side Runners$1,820
Tailgate Table$645
Total Price$81,440
Doc Fee/Electronic Filing Fee$120
Tax$4,076.25
Out the Door$85,636.25

Not sure what ECKBOND is but the side step/slider options available in the aftermarket are better options. If the table is the standard IA one, you could do better there too.

But $10k off is a nice discount. Also nice to see just $120 doc fee. Some greedy dealers want $1,000.

Pass on the eckobond, cheap ceramic coating.

Not as good of a deal as I've seen some dealers posting recently (a client sent me a link to RDS selling a Trialmaster at $15k off MSRP), but I'll echo the other comments. Absolutely pass on the dealer "coatings", there are better aftermarket table options for less $$$, and also other side step options that exist

Thanks for responses. The coating, table, and runners are a dealer add on.🤷

I came to this forum for this exact reason. Currently shopping for a 2024 (new) and see dealers still have a lot left over (all over the country).

At what point will they start massive discounts on them to move them? 2026's will be inbound within a few months. Something is not adding up.
I know steep discounts will devalue the brand in the secondary market and screw a lot of people who have already bought but they will have to move them eventually.
Shouldn't that discount on the one shown be closer to 20K in order to move this truck?

Its a good deal.. I see you are in Colorado, are you buying from Red Noland by chance?

I have been super happy with them and got a similar deal.

Sorry for the late response. Red didn't have what I was looking for, so bought out of state and had it shipped.

Sounds like you might already have it coming, but that is a lot of $$$ for ceramic coating. Just make sure it is actually applied when it arrives. You can do this with water beading or simply feeling it with the finger, it should feel like your finger or hand will slip off the side as you move it. Not grabbing or sticking... As others said stock steps are ehhhh and not really worth the price they are charging for them.

Thanks for the response... I had them take the side runners and tailgate table off. I basically said I wasn't paying for the coating. Gave them a price I was willing to pay and said it either works or it doesn't. Not surprisingly, they made it work!
