Tail light directional light setup (US vs Global)

I am trying to learn how IG setup the tail light difference between US and the Global. Many already know US uses red for rear directional lights while everyone uses Yellow. This is what I am trying to figure out (1) is the tail light (part number) different between US vs Global? (2) if not, does it mean it is possible to program the tail light using Yellow directional lights? (3) it is a combination of Global tail lights and programing to have yellow directional lights

As far as I know no one has popped off a US taillight to confirm part numbers. Beyond that, programming tools don't exist at this time

I'll save you the trouble, I just got confirmation that the RoW taillights are actually different... As per @Jean Mercier 's post, they retail at around €570/ea
