Had the IG for 18 months, and just yesterday I was driving and it seems like the wheel is canted so the left is closer? I’m going off the relative distance from the dashboard of the cruise control buttons on the left and the audio on the right.
I can’t tell if the face perimeter of the wheel is not perpendicular, but definitely the buttons don’t seem to be in the same plane?
I was adjusting the wheel position for some driving in the twisty parts of the mountain, and it just struck me that it didn’t seem “right“….

It's very likely your wheel just needs a simple realignment.
This can happen after adjusting the tilt or if the steering angle sensor gets slightly out of sync. It's an easy fix.

First, try this: find a long, straight, flat road. Drive for a bit and then center the steering wheel perfectly. If the vehicle drives straight with the wheel centered, you just need a quick wheel alignment at a garage to straighten the wheel itself.
If the vehicle pulls to one side even when the wheel is straight, then you definitely need an alignment. Either way, it's a common and easily corrected issue.
