T minus 60. Trialmaster is on a truck 2 hours late for delivery, expected in the next hour. I’m 30 hours into travel from India to the USA and an hour from home - hopefully we will collide at the designated drop off point.

And we coincided in a car park! Car arrived, the red frame which I would never have ordered but happened to be on this floor model is now my favorite feature ;-) Going to go through it today but first pass...

1. Missing the Safari Window storage box
2. The winch side number plate bracket is hideously ugly and has to be removed
3. The pliers in the tool roll are possibly the cheapest tool I have the misfortune to own

Now the fun begins - already on route, winch hook, protective winch rope sleeves and thimbles (because I have a winch, I have a strap, and I have a stump....) and I need to make a decision re the DVA Mechanics $900 roof LED bar - the part seems to be made by Mikimoto, and I can buy 2+ for $280+shipping each direct from China... Anyone interested in a group buy?

Orders started shipping - GP double straight bull bar, DVA Roof bars, Signature Auto Side steps, and trying out some very cool 20" LED bars for the side lights. Also found some nice CNC cut Aluminum light bar mounts that are only a few $ each compared to $$$$ with the "offroad tax".

Got the Uniden hardwired into the cabin fuse box and hard mounted to the rearview light trim cover

80" of roofline LEDs installed - I drilled and tapped the excellent DVA Mechanics roof bar mounts for M6 button heads and installed 54w slim 20" LED bars all around, taking inspiration from the Mansory Grenadier build.
