This is really interesting "inside" information - 12,000 fully refundable initial reservation payments INEOS from mid September 2021 to beginning 2022.

12,000 is almost their anticipated first years' production.

Maybe they finally got 20,000 but what we don't know is how many turned the reserve into an order.
