I put this on my old Toyota Hilux solid front axle double cab, surprisingly smooth and spontaneous.

Wondering if there's a equivalent aftermarket one designed for the IGs?

Several others e.g. Fox, but do your research. There are several threads on this forum.
Many of us have found the stock one is fine and loosens up over time. And is especially good offroad .

It's really not required. As noted, once you get to 500-750 miles, the damper loosens up and while not "just like every other car", it's a lot less to worry about.

Much ado about nothing.

JMACX are also working on a damperer, different to existing third party products.

Mine sure didn't loosen up in 500-750 miles. I wanna say I had 2000miles or maybe more on mine before I switched to the FOX ATS. Mine is now almost "just like every other car"

Why, this is apparently a non issue. 😂 Denial is an interesting beast.
I guess they are catering for the people that are not using the offroad capability and want it to drive like an SUV.
