Hi all
A little bit of a long story, but interesting I hope. During the winter I installed a Redarc Inverter, and not sure where to put it, I bought Black Sheep rear window Molle Panels and mounted it there. I lost the view out the window, and the view in from the outside was junky. So I decided to put a sticker on the window, shopped around and could not find anything I liked.
So I took a picture from Red Noland’s Moab trip this spring and asked ChatGPT to make a graphic for me. ChatGPT churned for about an hour and came back with the one shown. I added an orange line and my company name in PhotoShop. Then I found that Signs.com would print the graphic to fit the window for $65 including shipping ($35 for the decal and $30 for shipping). I used the Opaque Vehicle Decal choice.
> To put it on, wash the Grenadier, clean the window with a glass cleaner. Make sure it is clean. prepare a spray bottle with one (1) drop of dish soap to 32 oz water.
> Spray the window with the solution, peel the backing off the sticker and position it. The water/ soap makes it movable.
> I positioned it so the factory edge was on the top and the right.
> Once happy, squeeze the water out.
> Let it sit for an hour, then trim the excess. I used a cheap disposable scalpel from Amazon.
The graphic I used can be downloaded here.
