I signed the contract yesterday, with the price that has been listed in my order in the account for weeks.
The contract signed by both parties with this price is currently valid. Now I'm curious to see whether Ineos will subsequently increase the prices. I hope not! Otherwise, at least according to the contract, I would have a special right of termination.

PRICE RISE? Don’t panic.

Your order PDF on the website might be showing a higher price, but Customer Service assure me that this is an error. They say the price rise only applies to people paying their deposit from today onwards. If you have already paid your deposit (whether you have signed a contract or not) they say the original price still applies.

EDIT: Now that the configurators have become live, the price increase is far greater than 7.5%.

I think there may be a bit of settling down on what the actual price increases are - as there are still bugs in the system no doubt.

Kudos to INEOS for keeping all of the prices the same for those who already have some skin in the game.
