The Yank in me would say, had that street vendor been armed for personal protection, he could have stopped the shooter sooner.Will be interesting to see what changes come from this tragic event, I anticipate tightening of gun ownership laws being one. Hard to justify why anyone living in suburban Sydney needs six licensed firearms after yesterday.
