UK & Ireland Official recognition of issue with Handsfree Audio

Despite 2yrs of my handsfree being unusable there still doesn't seem to be any confirmation from Ineos that this is a known fault, especially when many others have complained about it.

I would like to request recognition that this is an issue and a plan for resolution

Same issue here, I use the Ineos for work so it's a big problem particularly with hands free rules so strict here in the UK.

I will tear the car apart to find the problem before long!
