Anyone seen any pictures or videos of the Grenadier at night? Interested to see interior lighting and switch illumination etc!

They have only had prototypes and pre production vehicles so far so I doubt they would have worried about the interior lighting yet. They will have fully working mockups certainly but I haven't seen any

Hopefully, a full review of a production car can't be too far away.

I am flying tomorrow so will be out of contact for 31 hours.
During this time……
They will release video of the production models in high resolution
My local distributor will have test drives
50 reviews will come out
etc etc

All from Tim Aspinall's Instagram page. I believe he's a Grenadier agent working for the Lloyd Motor Group in Carlisle.

I haven't seen the emergency call button/switch before. Can anyone shed light on the use. Does it rely on mobile/cell coverage and a connected phone?

Looks great. I'd prefer some orange or redish look instead of the white, but it's still a pleasant look. And maybe the camera didn't capture the real color.

The emergency call button is a manual trigger for the (mandatory) emergency call system. It sends a call to a center with your GPS data (and maybe other data). This will then send a rescue team.

The emergency call system fires automatically when an airbag deploys.

I can see the external light level wheel for adjusting trim when loaded and I assume the other external light switch turns the standard driving lights on or off in concert with the high beam activation?/????
Anyone know?

> will then send a rescue team.

And maybe they will send the morticians instead, if the transmitted data says "impact at 230 kmh".

You know, it's all about costs.

I certainly don't know but the second switch is labelled as "working" and I've assumed this relates to something other than what is elsewhere described as "driving" lights.

Edit: Actually the brochure describes them as "LED auxiliary high beam lights". Maybe it's just the icon putting me off.

Love the look of the inside at night. Photos are always difficult to judge but it still looks great.

First time I saw the auto emergency button was in a LR and that also had another sister button that luckily was never needed.

It was an emergency stop button that could be activated by the front seat passenger in case there was a medical emergency with the driver. I’m not sure a lot of people know it’s there but I have been in a vehicle when it was demonstrated.
