Hi. I'm Dave.
As many others have said, long history of addiction to the Green Oval that started with a G4 Challenge Disco2 (in Tangiers Orange for the competition) and just ended with what might have been the world's most expensive LR4 being parted out
after the engine self destructed again. The Grenadier came about after my wife kept telling to stop buying old trucks and spending so much money fixing them. Enter the Royal Pumpkin (the G4 sent our lives into a sea of orange that probably won't ever go away).
We live in the mountains in Southern California and enjoy exploring the local trails and nearby deserts. We'll be heading out next week thru Arizona and Utah on our way to the rally in Moab. Come say hi if you see us (good chance I'll be the one in the orange shirt
).
I also have a Boreas XT trailer that sometimes tags along on my trips.
I'm trying to organize some local Grenadier outings. Tried to do one but only posted on FB (should have posted here too). Found one other Grenadier and we had a fun day. I'll be joining some of Mossy's outings that are coming up and hope to build a local group to explore the area with.
