New sound when starting

Since my last service at around 40,000 km, I’ve been hearing a kind of three-note chime every time I turn the ignition on. Does anyone know what this means and how to turn it off?

I can hear the servo.motor of the throttle actuator doing his morning yoga routine when waking up.

Possibly different to what you're hearing, but since February 28th my diesel sounds like a cash register every time I start it.
