Has anyone with 35's tested for rubbing at full flex?

Trust you have consulted with a suspenion engineer who knows the Greandier? You've just used up any engineering design tolerances on the entire drive train, by increasing the torque by at least 30%. You wont retain any warranty.

2" taller OEM springs and 35" tires without an engineering consultation eliminates all warranty? Quick! Someone tell North America before we all do it!

Actually this is most likely a valid argument. I know for a fact the first question INEOS will ask is "did you modify it?" . I now this because I met a Grenadier owner that was faced with that scenario. The thing is, most of us that modify our vehicles figure we will cross that bridge when/if we get there.

The modification would have to be associated / caused the issue. There was a relatively recent (last 10 years or so) law in the US that speaks to this specifically. It further protected the consumer.

Also if you listen to Robert Pepper interview with Justin. Robert posted the exact question around modification and warranty. Justin stated that it would be case by case. That Ineos will look at the modification and determine if the said modification caused the issue or was the issue caused by Ineos.

I think in the majority of instances with these claims there’s a distinction between being used as intended (fit for purpose) and being flogged to death and abused.

One presents a warranty claim, and the other a repair bill. 😉

Asjtex, what pressure are you running? Do you have an aftermarket steering stabilizer?

I’m running 45psi and a fox adjustable set at 14/25 clicks and find the ride pretty squirrelly in long highway curves.

I also joined the 35” Club. Eibach. Reika +35 wheels, and Toyo Open Country RT’s. Zero rubbing. Having chalked my tires mines happy at 42psi. Using the Agile tire bracket that flips the spare around. Clears the rear wiper no problem

Same pic I posted up on the USA facebook group last weekend
