Hi is it normal that these hoses are hanging so loose in the engine compartment?
I can move everything back and forth and can also see a clip behind it. But the gap is too big, I can't clip the hoses in.

Can someone have a look at their car. I am currently on the Costa Rei (Sardinia) and there is no reference vehicle here.

Greetings wueste

To explain, I have several strange noises in different driving situations.
Maybe that's one of the problems.

I have attached another video.

I went over this with a technical representative from Ineos last year at the Overland Expo and he compared it to the vehicles they had on site. He affirmed this was "normal".

Is it normal for Ineos, yes. Is it normal for the rest of the automotive community, Hell no. This will come back to bite Ineos unless they just eeek past warranty. You can clearly see they intended on putting clips and such in but then changed the hose routing and said whatever.

The plastic unions will fail soon enough.

I posted about almost the same problem in the past and made my own clip! @Dokatd is right: this is NOT normal.

Once again… “normal” implies as designed and intended. Whereas “common” would merely imply a high frequency of occurrence, right or wrong. In this case wrong.

Glad this error was pointed out to me.
